Hello from Kentucky.

Hello. I was searching for pictures of model Heather Kuzmich and inadvertantly found this place.

After some at-length reading of posts, I decided to join although to be honest I am a little bit hesitant because I do not know what to expect.

My name is Jay. I am 26 years old. Some of the posts I have read here (particularly about having to learn when to hug, when to smile, when to gasp, and so forth) have really made a lot of sense to me in a way that I have never felt "connected to" before.

When I was young, I was told I had Asperger's Syndrome. But as an adult, another professional told me that I do not. I am unsure which one is/was right, but what I suspect is that if I had/have Asperger's Syndrome, over the years I have learned to cope a lot better and to "hide" the way my mind works.

I currently work for the government and attend college, and I live in Kentucky.

It is good to be here.
