Anyone see the latest episode of Southpark, where BP not only causes a whole new oil spill, but releases the Great God Cthulhu?

No, but I'll definitely have to see it once it's online.

Question:

How many people here have actually read the Lovecraft novels and know who Cthulhu is?

It is my opinion that the younger generation are semi-illiterate twits.

But tell me that you have actually read Lovecraft and I will forgive you.

Have I read Lovecraft? Let me put it this way - - if I could eat Lovecraft's fiction, I'd be fatter than I am today!
Then again, I'm not as young as I used to be, so your question probably wouldn't apply to me anyhow.

I've read a few and am in the process of reading some others. I love H. P. Lovecraft, he's one of my favorite writers.
