Until a couple months ago I had no idea Asperger's syndrome existed, but here I am. I'm 18 and basically feel like I'm being batted around by a path in life that's not really built for me. My motivation to do well in school is trumped by whatever else is on my mind, so I'm just following what my brain tells me. I am truly living inside my mind, it's interesting.
In case anyone's curious: Computers, creations and music are what I live for.
For now I don't consider myself an aspie because I do everything I can to avoid illogical categorization. But since my insurance is about to disappear I am going to a psychologist to get it diagnosed. So I'll have that for you in a month. In the meantime I hope to learn from everyone here, I think I share a few of the same quirks.
