What do you like best, dogs or cats?
And what breed of the animal?

First I will go. I love dogs and my favourite breed is hard to pinpoint seeing that I love all.
Oh, but I really want a Puli! http://www.westminsterkennelclub.org/br ... s/puli.jpg

I like just about anything alive. Dogs and cats are both fine, but unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats. Pity, I think they're very beautiful. I have a dog I love with all my heart.

I'm totally a cat person. My favorite breeds are Himalayans, Maine Coons and British Shorthairs. However, the only breeds I've actually owned have been tabbies, calicos, and an American longhair.

You'd love my kitties then! Jude is an British Shorthair mix and Tucker is a Maine Coon mix.

Indeed I would! I'm envious that you get to own those breeds. :) Maine Coons are a lot of fun and British Shorthairs are simply adorable!

I'm a dog person, for sure. I like a lot of the large working breeds, like German Shepherds. I currently have a Yellow Lab/Brittany Spaniel mix, who my family (and pretty much everyone who's ever met him) agrees is the greatest dog ever (in temperament and appearance).

You can see pics of them in my Your Pets! thread. Tucker is alot of fun. He will never sit still. If you start petting him he'll wiggle around. He also likes to stand on your side when your lying down. Jude's my baby  Don't let his looks fool you. He likes to hide under furniture and attack your feet. Especially if you're wearing bright colored socks that day!

I didn't even know they had purebreed characterisitcs until one of my friends did a year long online and book-work oriented study on cats, like breed structures, characteristics and behaviours. He was right then and there able to tell me what their back grounds were. This guy loves cats. He has a pure bred Siamese and she is beautiful. She's a little chubby though, but my cat Shianne was too when she got to be around 6 years old. Shianne was, I believe a Persian mix? She had a flat face and blue-cream coloring, as well as a semi-long coat. We ended up having to put Shianne down due to her having arthritis. She could barley get off her cat tree. I love each animal I've had like family.

I love cats, ever have since I was barely walking. My aunt had mean Siamese so I've never liked them.I especially like huge fluffy cats,no breed required, lots of big sweet fluff balls around where I live.I go and commune with them at night, haha.

these. A 28,000lb, 4 wheeled Cummins powered feline.

But on a more serious note, I like them both - but I'm a little more partial to cats. We have a 5 year old black and white cat. She's an domestic shorthair.

In the future, I want a Golden Retriever/goldendoodle and a Maine Coon.

I love cats and hate dogs (I'm deathly allergic to dogs and besides, they're stinky and messy and a million other things.) Cats are so intelligent and majestic.
