I never trust this man. He always seems to be mostly about putting a pleasant face on sexism and eugenics.

This whole "male-brain" idea seems to be really debunked by research that indicates that girls with autism are less likely to be identified than boys, even when they show more signs of it. To me, this means that the gender imbalance in diagnosis has its most probably base in sexism, not in autism being an extreme version of male development. His theory has the advantages of being easy to understand and based on bigotry, so people like it.

Sexism and eugenetics are alive and well, and that really ticks me off.

Ah, I remember this guy, he did a Foreword on the book Born On A Blue Day by Daniel Tammet. Very good book by the way.

I'm not sure that I understand all the 'male brain, female brain' kind of theory that he puts out. I'm pretty sure that there are men that can empathize, and women that can systemize.

Keep in mind his cousin played Borat, Bruno, and Ali G and in the Bruno movie Sacha mocked autism as the new "in" disease.
