Ok there's this girl in my school, and everything was going good for about a year and a half now, she doesn't have a phone of her own, and I asked her out last year, and she said she wasn't allowed to date just yet so I was going to wait, but this year just randomly I started seeing less and less of her and when I do I don't even get a response out of her, not even a "hello." is she avoiding me? and any ideas what might have set her off?

So she went cold after you asked her out? You've probably been put in the friend zone and being asked out made her feel awkward.

no she went cold like a year after i asked her out, and it started just some random day

My guess is shes found new friends and climbed the social ladder. (social climber) then.
