maybe this has been said before...but an alert indicating a thread you have commented on receives another comment would be nice, like facebook. dunno bout the rest of you, but i have a hard time keeping up with all the convos i post on....

i am nott for the facebook integration idea though..or at least i dont want my facebook to be associated

You can easily get such alerts to your email - at the bottom of the reply, there are three check boxes; the bottom one is "notify me when a reply is posted." If you make sure that is checked off, you will get an alert when someone posts a response.

Look for the "View your posts" link on the Main index page of the forum. Click it. It's a liste of threads you've posted in. Ones marked new have new posts since you last visited.

That's how I do it. I prefer that to the email notices. Choose whichever method works for you.
