Its called Wandering Stars.

Wiki also says "Major influences include early science fiction authors such as C. S. Lewis, while more recent figures include Stephen Lawhead and Tim LaHaye."

No one is stopping you; and don't exaggerate, as that is a form of "Bearing False Witness".

The Deryni series by Katherine Kurtz has obvious Christian overtones, as the stories are set in a Roman Catholic dominated society; the Camber trilogy, especially, as each chapter heading includes a Bible verse.
