St. John's Wort + Nauzene--Safe?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but it is a matter of health sooo yeah.

I just managed to get a couple of SJW capsules down--which is miraclulous since I've been having such a terrible time with swallowing even the smallest pills lately--and since I have to work tomorrow and will most likely have my usual waves of nausea and vomiting I was wondering if it would be safe to mix SJW and Nauzene. This is even IF I can swallow two more SJW tomorrow, of course.

But if I take SJW when I first wake up then take Nauzene a few hours later just before, and possibly after, I eat my first meal of the day...would that cause catastrophic damage to me in any way, I wonder?
