I have extreme anxiety, but no depression, is this possible? I have never heard of this before. It seems like everyone with anxiety has depression.

Yes. I was very depressed last year, but not any more, and I still get huge anxiety over stressful situations. I just try to grit my teeth and not let it get me down :x:wink:

I've had both OCD and GAD for as long as I remember (litterly) and I've never been even close to being depressed.

I am diagnosed with panic disorder with agoraphobia. I am constantly anxious atm, stressed, worried about my health, have tinnitus, am photo sensitive, suffer from bruxism and dibilitating panic attacks - but I am not actually depressed. Although I don't doubt that anxiety can cause depression after long periods.

I have anxiety issues, officially diagnosed with Panic Disorder. I've never been diagnosed with Depression, nor do I feel I am.
