On my feet. I slip them on and off my feet because it's a pain to have to tie and untie shoes every time I wear them.

If at all, coordinated with my clothes. Converse mostly, but I am thinking about finding velcro.

My sneakers are tied but lose enough so I can slip them on and off my feet. I just hate having to tie and untie them over and over again.

Tied snugly
I have found I tend to prefer converse-type sneakers over a more athletically inclined tennis shoes. Tennis shoes are clunky, which means I trip over my feet even more than usual, and tend to bug me with the pressure on my arch.

I'm guessing "on my feet" has already been taken.
I thought that was an original work of genius and wit. :P

I agree. :)

It took weeks of dedicated research in my comedy lab to devise that bon mot.

There's only one real way to answer this question. My answer: per everyone above.

Once my boots get here from the US I won't have to wear sneakers though. Still can't believe that I have to pay $78 postage, Australian stores suck.

Same here. The only time I tie my shows is if they come undone by accident.

Tied and double knotted, but not so tight that my feet feel squished. I prefer my Onitsuka Tigers to skate shoes lately.

Ummed and aahhed about getting a pair of black leather chucks (for work ) when I was in Brisbane but didn't get them. I love Hype DC, it's my favourite shop there.
