I went on an eating binge today. I need to get back to sensible eating tomorrow.

I had custard pudding, cheesecake, sushi, chocolate candy.

What do you binge on?

I just now ate three bowls of cereal.

I typically binge on pretzels and some brands of chips, such as Doritos, tortilla chips, and Hot Cheetos.

I always struggle to eat a reasonable number of pierogies. They're just soo good.

Chips are usually my weakness. Today I went after sweets. Maybe my blood sugar was low or something.

Choolate and other candies. That's why I don't buy candy much.

I'll eat practically anything and I do tend to snack in between meals so yea... Not sure if that's classed as binge eating but I know I've gotten fatter now than I did before as far back as September.

I sometimes do that. I try not to have unhealthy food around, so that I won't be tempted. Sometimes, though, I get in a mood where I just want to munch on something. Then, I will eat anything that I can find, preferably something crunchy.

That's a funny one. I don't think one would normally think granola to be addictive. ^_^

I tend to binge eat whenever food I like is freely available like junk-food, fast-food, & fried food are my favs. I'm a very picky eater & cant cook so I can go a day or so barely eating anything & then I pig out when food is available

You must be, said the Cat, or you wouldn't have come here.

Yes, I have gotten into the bad habit, for what must be the last couple of years, of skipping meals then eating a bunch all at once. Making something worthwhile can be time consuming, especially for one person, and I would rather not eat just for the sake of eating.

Yeah, and I've also just polished off a box of Tim Tams :(

I can't seem to get off food when it's my time of the month. It's like I have a drug addiction!
