I was wondering if there are any vegan or strict vegetarians here? If so, share some recipes. :)

Thanks.

I'm vegan, but I'm not a "health reasons" vegan. I'm more a cake baking, giant batches of curry type. :)

My friend who is a RAW food vegan makes all kinds of chocolate, vegan cheese cake which is all extremely healthy.

Ingrediates like raw cocoa bean powder, coconut oil, carob powder, small amounts of a type of sugar which is healthy.

Deserts can be delicious and actually be considered a nutrient dense, low on unhealthy fats and low on sugar all in one.

I'm a Seventh-day Adventist member and I would like to tell you all what we as a church is undertaking, and we teach good health practices, at this time at my local church we are undertaking a CHIP program, which stands for Coronary Health Improvement Project, this is a 30 day program to improve your coronary system.

Eating a vegetarian diet to me is just the start, the church also owns a health food company to manufacture many vegetarian foods, its really good to be part of a church that promotes healthy life, Adventists live up too 12 years longer than the general public.

We started a stop smoking program as far back as the 19th Century, in recent times science has backed our claims on health again and again, we taught people smoking was bad for many years.

Many recipes are at http://www.3abn.org/recipes.cfm

(sounds like a disease  for those who don't know, i still have milk and egg products)

my boyfrind makes a really nice caesar salad (cos and iceberg lettuce, croutons, shredded parmeson and caesar dressing), and it goes great with nachos (nachos + cheese + sour cream)

also enjoy spinach and fetta ravioli (spelling?), and a local cafe makes an awesome sweet potato, fetta, spinach lasangne
