I´m aware that you are just starting to learn zen_mistress(you mentioned it at some thread) so may I point out a very common/small mistake to make sure you are learning the right way?.

Most adjetives in spanish have a gender(like say handsome/beautifull) and usually when it´s reffering to a male it ends with o and when it´s reffering to a female it ends with a.

Either:
El gatito es negro
Or:
La gatita es negra

Otherwise you are using wrong gender adjectives/nouns.

Yeah, I didnt know whether it was el gatito or La gatita, it is a female kitten anyway... but I googled La Gatita and I got all these porn videos come up, so I wasnt sure if La gatita was proper grammar or not. I couldnt find it in my dictionary anyway, I need a better one...

I just wanted to make sure that you werent learning the language the wrong way(once that its learnt wrong way its hard to change it)


As for the porn vids thats because female kitten is used as slang for horny females in music, videos etc(its a very disturbing image if you are a cat person I know but theres no way to change the facts)

^ Lol! Well that explains it. I just saw these videos of a girl in a g string and it had websites too and I thought, "Hmm, maybe the kitten is not La Gatita after all." Perhaps I will just call her La Gatta to be safe.
