Female Equivalent?

Is it possible that their is a female equivalent to male priapism? If so, what would the symptoms be?

I believe it's called Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome. I'm not exactly sure though, so don't take my word for it.

It does exist. I saw a documentary about a woman who has it and she experiences 300 orgasms a day.

I know it's real because I've seen shows on it too. :) I just meant that I wasn't sure if it's truly considered a female equivalent of priapsism or not.
