Shmooze-hater...wow, I've been trying to think of a word to describe my inability to be a good bullshitter forever and now here it is.
Usually when I'm frustrated about the interview process and trying to tell someone about it I say something like "I can't be phony, can't put on a face, can't wear the mask, can't play "the game", can't BS to save my life, etc..."
Now I can just say I'm a shmooze-hater, thanks. And like the above poster said, this guy makes it sound so simple, I'll have to apply this to some office bigwigs the next time I'm out and about and see if the results are as satisfactory as they are in this article...
