Kubuntu Plasma Issues

I just tried to remove a stupid unnamec widget on my plasma interface and now, I cannot click any thing on the task bar and everything is lagy.
I waited 5 minuets still doing it, i but flashes whit on the right corner of the screen.
This is EXTREAMLY annoying.
I can stop everything from being stupid ass slow by ending the plasma-desktop process.
But when I start it up again, it STILL DOES IT.
I did a system restart.
SURPRISE, STILL DOING IT.
Please help me!! !

Its Kubuntu 10.4 by the way.

I run Kubuntu 10.10 on my dual boot but have never had those sort of problems. Always runs way faster than Windows.
