I remember watching Little Bear on Nick Jr. when I was a kid. It wasn't my favorite show back then, but I watched it anyway.

I really like this show. There's just something so sweet about a little cottage in the woods. My kids also get quite peaceful and snuggly when they watch it, although those days are quickly coming to an end. :(

I believe the books are by Maurice Sendak, at least the illustrations are. I prefer those.

I didn't know there was a cartoon, but I still have the Sendak book. It was one of my favourite books when I was young, and is a bit battered and threadbare!
