Okay what just happened?

I decided to look up a user here and when I did the search, it said I was logged out so I clicked logged in and there was my account page and I didn't even have to login to see it. But when I went back to the profile without clicking the back button, it said I was logged out. It freaked me out at first.

It might have something to do with your browser cookies, sometimes clearing it may stop this issue? I must say that is a little weird.
