I'll be grateful for any info I can find here. Thank you!
There are far lower levels of cassien in sheeps and goats cheeses. That is the only thing keeping us from being fully vegan. If the soy cheeses in australia, didn't contain palm oil, we would be.
I will post what i made for dinner tonight. If anyone wan't more recipies, PM me.
Mixed veg skewers with asian style sauce on a bed of jasmine rice.
Chop 3 bell peppers of various colours, 3 cougettes (zucchini), 2 red onions into 2cm cubes. Blanche them witha punnet of cherry tomatoes in hot water for 1 minute. Thread onto skewers. Fry in a thin layer of oil until golden on all sides(you can freeze after threading onto skewers for later use). In a pot simmer, 1/2 cup soy sauce (gluten free) with 2 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons honey until melted together. then place skewers on a bed of cooked jasmine rice and pour dressing over.
