If not for family having it on TV, I wouldn't have seen it at all. I couldn't bring myself to care. But everyone else did it seems.

I usually care A LOT about such things but I couldn't bring myself to look at that stuff on this occasion.

There was so much hype about it that I just couldn't wait for it to end! I refused to watch it at all! I am just not at all interested in watching two people I don't know getting married. It didn't help that this year would have been my parents' 25th anniversary (they divorced) so I am a little bit annoyed about weddings and stuff in general at the moment.

Also I am an anarchist...

I certainly didn't. What a shocking collection of bad hats

And as a British nationalist you'd expect me to.

Friday April 29th was...just another normal day.
I'm not against it but I don't really see any fun in watching a wedding of people I don't know.

I didn't watch it. Everybody was absolutely masturbating over it. It wasn't as if we were getting something epic like a new King or Queen. Thank God Bin Laden died a couple of days later; Now that's something worth jacking over: Justice!! 8)

Nope I didn't care and didn't care to watch it. Why did they need to air their business to the whole world? Because they're royal? I don't care for their business. Just because they're royal doesn't mean I am going to care.

Everyone wouldn't stop talking about it so I watched it for only a few minutes and flipped the channel. Too boring to watch and the modern blue bloods just don't fascinate me like their bloody blue ancestors.

BTW when I say bloody I don't mean it in a british context (since I'm not british).

I didn't...and I'm quite a fan of the royals.

Not only was it too early, so I was sleeping at the time, but it just wasn't that interesting an event...it was two people getting married, to me there was also too much hype and the idea of it being made-out to be like royal weddings of the past that are rolled out to try to cheer-up the commoners in times of woe...seeing rich folk getting married (something I'll never be able to afford to do) doesn't cheer me up.

I find it interesting that America cared so much about this royal wedding, and how sweet it was, yet in the midst of social turmoil and calls for revolution, we forget that THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE FOUGHT AGAINST 235 YEARS AGO!! ! It amazes me that people in this country miss the symbolic irony.
