I've seen this movie's poster a lot but I could never bring myself to watch the film. I decided to watch it today on Netflix streaming. What a wonderful film! If you've never seen it I highly recommend it. It's a very decent family-friendly film. :)

Yeah, I saw that when I was about 7 or 8. Good movie.

i love that movie.
yes, i was one of the kids/teens that got inspired to play chess after watching it. LOL

The main characters parent was the only decent parent in the whole film. I hope we never have parents of children who play competitive chess like we do in other competitive sports for kids.
