I'm not sure if this is a AS parents question or a PPR one... But anyways, I was listening to Dennis Prager and he posed an interesting question that I thought clarified a lot of things for me, so I'll pose it to you all now.

    Do you prefer that your kid be:

    A.) Smart
    B.) Happy
    C.) Good
    D.) Successful (Career wise)

Also, and more importantly,...
    Which of the above does your kid think YOU most want THEM to be?
