Here is a link to the recap for a series of articles I did on how Psycopaths/Sociopaths (those with Antisocial Personality Disorder--ASPD) prey on ASD/Aspergers folk in the work place and how to identify & protect yourself from them.

Recap and Resources

Your 'protection' link is broken.

Worth considering that recording people w/o their knowledge is explicitly illegal in several states. Generally they refer to these states as having a "dual consent" law. People most often associate this with recording telephone conversations but depending on state law it can mean anything.

One piece of advice i find myself giving people about workplace conflict: Remain professional, rational, and conciliatory at all times. Keep emotion out of it. If you can keep your cool while making it clear to management that you are eager to resolve the situation and do what's best for the company, the other guy is the a**hole. If you flip out and make an emotional scene, you are the a**hole.

Also, I've heard that "the mask of sanity" is a good book on the subject, but i have not read it.

Well I think its a little unfair to make a general statement that people with anti-social personality disorder in general specifically target people with aspergers...after all I don't really like it when people assume I can't feel empathy simply because I have a hard time expressing it for instance. But that's just my personal opinion.

Meow1971, thank you for your link. I've bookmarked your blog and will read it when I have time.

Interestingly, I'm not aware of "Sociopathy" being listed in the DSM??! !

@Amajanshi, thanks for the response! Sociopathy and Psychopathy were replaced in the DSM with Antisocial Personality Disorder but the old names stick around. The new term is certainly more clinical but the older names seem more descriptive to me.
