As the title says... do you compose/make/write/instruct or play classical music?

I just love the renaissance music. It's my favorite kind of music.

But I've always wondered who actually wrote the Tourdion (my favorite renaissance song because of the 4 independent harmonic melodies sounding on top of each other).

I know Pierre Attaignant included it in his works, but did he compose it?

Nope. I've only been alive since 1995.

That's no excuse ;)

Some can compose music when they're only 2 years old... Mozart ehm...

I can make layered melodies in my head and can basically "listen" to classical songs in my head quite well. But I cannot write it down at all! I feel like I am illiterate all around because my language is music. But I'm starting to learn a little bit, starting with Fur Elise and Clair De Lune.
I am currently in love with French Impressionism thought that falls out of your realms.
