I haven't played in a while but that looks like the rainbow trinket from a quest in Felwood.

wow sucks rift is better heck i would rather play ROCK PAPER SCISSORS THEN WOW ok maybe not but....... YOU GET THE POINT

WoW is pretty decent if you find a good community to play with and can deal with the constant repetitiveness Blizzard keeps mindlessly throwing at the game.

i stop playing WoW because I couldn't afford it so I am in the MMORPG game that is called Runes of Magic

It is possible.

Rainbow Generator
Binds when picked up
Trinket
+14 Stamina
Item Level 55
Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 9 (0.93% @ L44).
Use: Rainbow Power! (10 Min Cooldown)
