Should you tell the person your date before hand or after hand that you have aspergers

How are you meeting people?

I would say, let someone get to know you. Be yourself. If they stick around / seem to enjoy your humour etc, then you can casually mention it.

But there are reasons why you might just want to mention it up front too. But I would personally wait.

It so depends.

I didn't even find out I was an aspie until I was 29 and so it was pretty infeasible for me to make any of my dates or whatevers aware of that fact.

If they're NT especially (which they probably are or you two would've done double-hand clap giddy dances and LOL'd out over how fun fun funny you both are and you wouldn't even be on here right now), hold off.

When they're finally all starry eyed in wonder at how neat you are, you can be all like "that's because there's Asperger's Inside."
