McDonalds seriously needs to retrain all their employees or at least seriously consider who they are hiring. It is obvious from a woman beaten to the point of a seizure by other customers (while employees recorded the video & laughed) & this incident that McDonalds does not have give any training to their employees on how to treat people who are different with respect or decency.

McDonalds has the responsibility not only to report crimes of violence and severe injury but also to prevent injuries and prevent further injury once it happens.

I have stopped eating there long ago as their employees in general don't seem to give a crap about the customer nor thankful that they even have a job. When McDonalds hires people who care instead of these lowlife scumbags who don't deserve a job, I will then consider eating there.

Being that I haven't had any problem with service at my local McDonald's, I have to think that this problem is regional.
