Why does your outreach worker want you to read about the holocaust? Is it something to do with your German inner soldier?

Yes it is and it's causing me flashbacks of all the times throughout my years in school that my class, any class was learning about the Holocaust and WWI and WW2. I'm not even sure if I love myself anymore. I'm going to have to mask and it's going to make me a very miserable person. Maybe I could not go to the clubhouse at all.

Thinking about the brush with suicide that I had yesterday due to incontinence and severe leg pain. Leaving my favourite hat at home to appease my worker. Now I will have to explain to my worker that brush that I had and why it happened. Don't worry. I'm not going to actually do it. It's just a brush that I had.

I did my laundry today and one of the straps on one of my favorite camisoles got caught in the agitator and tangled and ripped and ruined.

Couple of things.

I was at pet food place and they had cockatoos which surprised me and then there was an African grey parrot which made me sad because i still really miss my grey and i had dreamed about her the night before.

Then later i lost my rag and was horrible to someone who sort of deserved it but i went too far and i feel bad about that too.
