Ate too much

A customer at work had the nerve to ask me "why is your posture like that? Are you afraid of black people?". So I just ignored him. There is no model answer, and even if there were, he could still have misheard or misunderstood it. Not did I want him to tattle on me.

Saw a customer trip and fall in the parking lot. The parking lot contains way too many things to trip over

Ate too much

Appetite gone haywire

Wednesday the pharmacy said that the prescriptions would be ready for pickup today (Friday). Today I called and it said that there was no prescription associated with that phone number. So I had to write the Dr a letter. But they don't always answer. Answers take a long time, and they are often inadequate.

Frustrating

It seems like Walgreens changed it's pickup policy without telling me

Zero black pepper swiss cheese artisan bread. Got whole wheat naan instead. Good, but doesn't have the dairy or cheese flavor

I went on YouTube just to watch some videos of cartoons or guinea pigs or something else that helps me survive in this crapsack world, and they decided to put a bunch of covid-related videos in my recommendations. The thumbnails said stuff about how coronavirus has mutated in Africa and it's probably going to come to Canada and be resistant to the vaccines. I ended up having several loud violent meltdowns. I hate the human race and I hate this planet, I just want to die.

Slipped on ice this morning and subluxed my hip (for the second time this week). In a lot of pain.
