I had a nasty adrenal surge after a coughing fit (not sick, just breathed something in that was irritating). My heart rate was up in the 160s and my pulse was erratic. Not the highest it has gotten during adrenal surges, but I still thought I was dying. I had to take double my anxiety meds (just so I didn't make it worse) and wait an hour or two before it settled down. :'(

I said the term 'jerk off' without realizing it's the same profane strength as the S-word and F-word I really distain (I KNOW what the term means! I just thought it was 'mild' term), and got called out by my folks, lectured me, and tell me I can't call people out for swearing anymore.

I'm sorry, it's just that certain profane language hurts me due to childhood trauma.

I don't think I'm going to say anything ever again. :(
