Depression has been worse for no apparent reason (distinctly not seasonal), and I can’t let on anywhere other than here, or this thing (I won’t say what because that will probably jinx it, yet again) won’t happen, at least for a good while, since my parents and my therapist are all quite concerned about that happening in this situation. Frustrating that it’s the depression that’s more limiting now.

Hopefully it comes through for you soon - I've gone through that experience in the past, with the added difficulty that the union didn't want to know about it\care that our pay was over a month late, because they received donations from the company.

My leg is hurting, I sneeze & I bitten my tongue, it was hurting so much, it was bleeding too. I bought groceries today, the guy that delivered them, he was wearing cologne, I ended up coughing soooo much. I’m mad, my toaster don’t work, I pressed down on it, it won’t stay down, I want to make waffles.

Happy Thanksgiving 2021!! !!
NEVER use "butter potatoes" to make mashed potatoes - TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE! Use rusett potatoes.
Also, Stove Top stuffing for turkey is "meh". Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix is better if you just follow package directions. I had luck with the pumpkin pie this year. Do you know why? Because I bought it at the store. For the main presentation, the turkey, I used a 3 lb. turkey roast called "savory herb". It was good but a regular turkey would've been better. I just don't have the energy to get up that early to roast one. These days, I'm looking for shortcuts but you end up paying the price in quality of the food. The family was stuffed but unimpressed. At least the oven didn't die on me like last year. It was a bi*ch to get a new one because of Covid. I ended up getting a turkey and gravy tray called "From the kitchens of Cooking Light Magazine". It was the best!! ! Pricey but good. Hope everyone had a nice holiday! :heart:
