What do you want done to you when you die?

When you die, what do you want done to your body? Do you want to be buried, cremated, used for medical science, etc?

I personally want to be cryonically frozen to preserve my body so I may be restored in the future when technology allows for it.

Cremated.

Buried, of course.

Dumped in the Canadian Yukon, far away from humanity. Let the wolves have at me.

Though I do not assume that I will die, I accept the possibility. I would want to be temporal phase lock looped. <---- thats what came to mind. Basicly frozen in time.

no funeral. no family. burried in the frostbitten woods beneath a cold and invincible mountain.

Oh, you meant for disposal. I guess I'll donate my body to science.

Cheapiest thing for my family will be for me to donate 100% of my body to help other
people. Since I'm an atheist any other way seems stupid. My now expired stated ID card says I'm a donor and I have mentioned to family so its a done deal.

Obvious question: If your Drivers License doesn't work for you to drive but you do so anyway, and then you die, and you are an organ donor, are they allowed to use the organ donor sticker? Or does that go invalid with the license?

I think the facts of organ donation is you have about zero say. Your next of kin has total
veto power. The doner box with yes on my state ID card from a legal stand point means little. The hospital will ask next of kin what they want done.

I would probably donate my organs as well. I won't need them after I am dead after all.

Cremated, if only to avoid that one-in-a-million possibility that I may be buried alive by mistake.

Um, organs donated then cremated ... but the poll doesn't allow for multiple answers.

I would prefer to vaporize at a chosen time. I think it is barbaric to display someone after they are dead. If my family does this to me I will haunt them. Cremation sounds not too bad. I won't know, so I guess it will not matter.

Thats why I said 100% donate. They can use a very large percent of your body! The
crap that is left over the hospital can burn at their expense and save my poor old mom
her casino money.

Well, if I wasn't actually dead and was just suffering from some disease that they could cure in the fuure, I'd love to be cryo-frozen. But, when I do die, I want whatever they can use taken from me, and my body to be thrown to the wolves. I'll return to nature by nature's way.
