New Forum Proposal: "It Sucks To Be Me"
Best idea since WP was founded 50%  50%  [ 4 ]
Not the best idea, but I see the point 13%  13%  [ 1 ]

Not the worst idea, but I see the point 0%  0%  [ 0 ]

How about an "It Sucks To Be Me" forum? This is where all of the following thread topics (and similar ones) could be placed:

  • "I Can't Stand Life Any More"
  • "I Never Should Have been Born"
  • "I'm a Loser / I'm Worthless"
  • "Nobody Likes Me / Everybody Hates Me"
  • "Suicide is My Best Friend"
  • "The World is Better Off Without Me"
  • "This Is Good-Bye"

    ... and the ever popular ...
  • "You All Hate Me"

So ... Whaddaya all think?

We already have one, it's called the haven.

I don't know if you're taking the piss, but I'm not - everyone needs a whine every now and then and the haven seems to do its job.

Ah, well ... now, if only the WP's "It Sucks To Be Me" crowd would keep their "Sucks" posts actually in The Haven, and not muck up the other fora with their problems ... is that too much to ask?

Not everyone is all rainbows and unicorns. Maybe they don't want to be coddled or have things be sugar coated so they don't post there. The Haven is a rainbows and unicorns spot.

Some people don't have so much sense of the order and purpose of things. Some people are very casual users of the site, and don't realise what the different areas are for. There's a lot of overlap too, say love and dating; love or lack is often a cause of unpleasant feelings... each forum seems relevant.
