I noticed that at the bottom of the page the trademark symbol is a superscript letter "T" and a superscript letter "M".
It takes more effort to do this than it would to just use this:

Search engines also would waste time trying to index the superscript "TM" as page content and wouldn't identify it as a trademark symbol.
