I'm 24 years old and have barely any experience baby-sitting. I took a baby-sitter's course when I was 11, and it was my dream to be a baby-sitter ever since. But because of my Asperger's, it barely happened.
So how can I get basically my first baby-sitting job at 24? I believe I can be a good baby-sitter, even though I have Asperger's. I don't have it as bad as I used to.

You have to get to know a lot of people with younger kids and they will have to come to you.

Look for ads on college campuses, rec centers, local newspapers, etc. If you can afford to, start by volunteering in a daycare center. That will give you training and contacts.

Don't be afraid to tell the center you have AS given that they will wonder why someone your age is trying to break into such a low paying field (otherwise they could jump to far less positive conclusions)
