I became a member over 4 years ago, but since much has changed in my views and life, I decided to start a new profile.

I finished my first degree in the mid 1990s, added another undergrad degree in 2010, and currently in graduate school in the social sciences. I am intentionally being vague here for privacy reasons, but I promise to offer more in time and if a meetup group is open.

I know social groups may not be at the top of our goals and skills, but I belive it would be helpful to know others at the local level and to form our own "network" of social contacts that understand each other.

Good luck with finding a local group - I'm not aware of much around my area, personally.

Still looking for people. I may have the wrong idea, but I always thought a support group would be good.
