Behold, the great and magnificent werbert has deigned to address this race of mortals on this, the occasion of his 1000th post. Our holy leader joineth WP on the fifteenth day of May in this, the 2006th year of that imposter Jesus. Since that day, Werbert hath amused, angered, annoyed, delighted, assisted, and impugned his fellow users. Since the holy one hath not been banished by the Powers that Be, he hath termed his time on WP a glorious success. May our holy prince's next 1000 posts enlighten all of us to degrees previously unknown by mankind.
