it seems to be stimming for me biting my toe nails finger nails biting skin off my thump I also pick my hard skin on my feet as a kid my parents putted a winter gloves in my hand so that i would stop nail biting :P

I bite the skin around my toe nails, so I know how you feel. I even do this after walking barefoot for the whole day. I'm surprised I'm not ill with infections all the time.
