Does anyone here have any fond memories of high school? My biggest memory is during my junior year, when my English teacher was supposedly having an affair with another English teacher.

Tim

My fondest memory was year 8. Every thursday afternoon the entire school played sport and we got to choose which sport to play. I chose walking for the first term (10 weeks). It was the slackest way to spend an afternoon and the kids I was hanging around went walking too.
The next school term I chose to go to the water fun park for thursday sport. Yeah, my high school had a slack sporting policy

One of the teachers got arrested for drink driving once. That was pretty funny :D

For once we Americans have better English, in that we call this "drunk driving."

11th grade. My best year of highschool. Highest average in drafting class for two straight semesters. FBLA freshman member and helped with fundraising. Had a wonderful English teacher without whose influence I might not know where I would be today.

Walking away, after the last final exam in my last year, refusing to look back.

I have rather good memories from high school so far. I'm quite fond of several of my teachers, for example.

Although I was relieved to walk through those doors for the last time, my favorite memories happened to be the silliest things. We were taking a test in English class and my friend had one of those insult keychains in his pocket. Everything was quiet and he bent over to pick up a pencil he dropped.

In the quiet, all you could hear was, "Eat s**t!"

It was so hard just to keep from busting out laughing.

lol my memories, in 10th grade the home ec teacher accidentally locked herself in the copy room and had to get out through window. the custodians tryed to pry door off its hinges and by time they tryed to she slipped out the window.

in 12th grade, a few days before final exams my physics teacher got distracted by my adaptive device one morning while taking attendance and wrote NORTON on attendance list then next day explaining the "mystery student" was my door closer. (not kidding guys that did actually happen)

same year day of the final exams everyone on my bus was singing the wheels on the bus go round and round, and the barney song (i love you, you love me...................)

3 days before end of school: superintendant of maintenance walks in then demands head of maintenace at teh school to look for the "hidden" door lcosing devices that were there in my 9th and 10th grade yaers and then the custodians scramble to search for them in teh school kitchen. 8O (hmmm i guess thats why the school food tasted funny since 11th grade)

graduation: as im in line to get up on stage to get my diploma, the superintendant of maintenace walks up shakes my hand and says "thanks soo much for your help in keeping the high shcool in great shape and i will personally make sure them doors are fixed" then when i shake principal's hand he apologises for his staff sending me home for odors caused by the hardware that was defective(ha and i didnt really forgive him either)\

sorry if it was long and sounded like something out of the movie "LEAN ON ME" and whenver i see that place that song comes to mind. with all the comedy and drama i never missed a day of school. it got to point were teachers and teh principal were acutally telling me to participate in that senior cut day but since i knew the catch automatically. i didnt go along with the "senior cut day" the catch was you would be marked as an unatherized, unexcused abscence and a lower grade.

11th grade. Had horrible grades, depression, and was suicidal but made great friends. They've kept me from completely blowing my brains out. We're all seperated now b/c of college. sucks

It's called drink driving here... although yours really does make more sense.

mine would be

Third form
Fifth Form
Sixth form
Seventh form

Besically beause all those years I had a guy I was "in love with" to look at and dream about. Also, fourth form was an OCD hell for me. Overall I have very few bad memories from High school. Good years.

I'm still a senior so I'll just say what I have.

Ninth Grade
*I got a huge award that is nearly impossible for anyone to get. That was probably the best week of school I've ever had.
*My senior friends always invited me to their class parties. All I did was run errands to their class like everyone else's, but they always wanted me to stay.

Tenth Grade
*The track coach kept trying to bribe me to get me on the team. She ended up even giving me four movie tickets!
*The principal would give me free stuff so I'd have more school spirit.

Eleventh Grade
N/A

Twelth Grade
No good memories yet. I just started!

So far (I haven't left High School yet), the best memories were those with my third-form teacher, Ms. Southwell. She was so cool, and very fun to have as a teacher. As you can imagine, I was devastated when she had to leave the teaching buisness.

Other fond memories tend to be whenever I'm with my friends. I think it'll be a sad day when I leave, because then my social life is likely to collapse completely.

None yet. I hate school right now, but hopefully it'll get better.
