The page is gray and will not load on my PC it has Internet explorer. I have had wifi issues lately but every other site works at the moment except WP. It says done but error on page which from googling says it's a problem on the server and website makers end not mine. I am not sure if this is the issue. I am lost without WP LOL! And typing on my iPad is hard. :-)

Seems there was a temporary issue with this, but we're back now.

I have a mac, so safari. The site has a few issues loading wise for me but its not so much that its an issue. If I try to refresh twice after it stops working then I just exit and open back up again and it works

Everything seems normal right now from where I sit. Not sure what exactly you're seeing.

An error on page icon is the bottom left bar thing and a blank white pages that takes forever to load.

It seems normal to me too.

What happens when you load the site in chrome or firefox? Internet Explorer isn't really supported as we don't have very many people using it to browse the site. Most people are on Chrome and Firefox.

If that doesn't help, let me know what ISP you use and I'll try to look into it.

My ISP is Brighthouse (it's a local Florida company) we plan on changing in about 2 weeks. We've actually been having to reboot wi-fi 5+ times in a day so we said screw this!! ! and are changing internet companies in about 2 weeks. The wi-fi is working now for all the other sites and WP loads on my Ipad 2 (which is Safari) and Internet Explorer on my dad's computer (but I thank I have a new version I think #9) Firefox is ok just the print is SUPER tiny and hurts my eyes is there a way to fix this? Thanks. I'll use Firefox then and see how things are when we get the new internet provider. :-)

Ctrl +

That will raise the font size in firefox - if you're on OS X it's Command +

Also, your local wifi crapping out has little to do with your ISP. It's probably simply that your router doesn't have enough RAM to handle all the devices you have on it at the same time (of course if this router is provided by your ISP and you can't get around it then, well, yeah)

EDIT: Nevermind - your ISP just resells Road Runner - run away as fast as you can. Also, there don't seem to be any network issues between the WP server and Road Runner in your area

Alex:

You really mean to tell me that WP.net doesn't support IE9?

Surely this must be some mistake! :P

Not sure. You should try loading it in IE9 and tell me what happens :P

I have internet explorer, but I don't know which version. It won't load for me in that either, but other sites work fine. It loaded on the ipod, and so I opened Safari on the desktop computer and it opened fine in it. I've never used Safari on here, but it seems to be something with ie.

It worked fine until around 3pm central time today.

Actually, I just remembered I have a machine lying around for doing just that. So I did. It actually fails to load in IE8 (claims there's an error on page - but I *know* that can't be true since the WP markup is perfect). I'm installing IE9 right now to see what happens

It's working now for me on internet explorer. I tried it about 10 minutes ago and it wasn't.

Yeah - Alex fixed it a few mins ago - I just confirmed that it works in IE again.

I wish IE would just go away already...ugh
