Last night when I couldn't get the site to load, I was at a loss as to where to report the problems. I ended up emailing Alex, but I don't know if he reads those very frequently or if it's just a general mailbox.
Is there a particular email address to report a problem if I have one in the future and can't get to the site on either the computer or ipod? How should members handle that?
If there is already something about it, please point me to it and disregard this.
