If the Brits let him be extradited it would be a spit in the eye of Justice.

Allowing him to stand trial for the same charge in the U.S. would be a kind of double jeopardy.

Oh, I agree.

Our extradition treaty with the U.S. (and the European Arrest Warrant, just to not let the anti-EU side down) is a national disgrace.

@panda bear. what would Ron Paul's position be on a news paper printing the transcript of MLK's i have a dream speach? probably exactly the same! -leave it up to the states.


that said, as long as two people can communicate unrestricted, there will be filesharing.

as far as i know, his Extradition was approved, has it been rejected by a higher court?
