Ok as weird as this may seem, I'm going to admit it. I have several special interests at any given time. But my weirdest one to date is what I think, unusual, but I can tell I am not alone. My latest special interest is...finding a boyfriend. It was actually a conscious choice. Not just any boyfriend that happens to wander my way, but one that actually suits me and my life as well as I suit his. I am glad I have other interests, because as much of a full time job as this may be, once I am seeing someone, I have to put it on hold to see if he is on the same wavelength as I am. Once I see that he is, I will drop this as a goal reached and intensify my other interests while maintaining the relationship.

My other interests are computers, reading, guitar, flight lessons, exercise, cooking, my house and my children (who are not children anymore). I have put my writing on hold in exchange for the bf. My flight lessons are financial and weather based.

Snowdrops (Galanthus) - I have about 60 varieties (one special snowdrop bulb [sadly not mine!] went for £360 on eBay last week!)

dwarf narcissi (daffodils to you!) - about 45 varieties, and
anemone nemorosa (tiny spring wood anemones) - about 25 varieties.
