None seem to have been sent since the onset of the site being taken offline, but are they working now?

They were functioning a few hours ago but seem to have stopped again.
But, as they weren't even fully restored then that may only have been one small outstanding batch.

I'd be inclined to assume they're not fully functional yet and take alternate means to check for updates, at least over the next 12 hours or so as the site restoration gets nearer to completion.
