Which political belief do you believe in?
There are no neat categories, but in general.

I am an anti-abortion, anti-death penalty libertarian. I am anti-Iraq war, and anti-war-on-terror, seeing it as an excuse to strip us of our civil rights and to get free oil. However, I think having economic liberties is good and government should limit businesses as little as possible (now concerning big corporations I am uncertain).

Libertarian - Firm believer in having people make their own choices..

Also knowledgable to know that forcing anyone to do anything under a government does not work (I.E. Welfare donations)

Libertarian Socialist ("Anarchist" in the loose sense, though I am more similar to the democratic socialists in some respects).

It pretty much means that they dislike governments as being tools of corruption and hierarchy but that they also dislike property because they view property as wrong and a source of evil and problems within society. An example of libertarian socialism would be like a commune without defined leaders and private ownership over the means of production. Pretty much if you just look up anarchism on wiki you should get a relatively good idea of part of libertarian socialism although as he said he is not entirely anarchist and is a little democratic socialist.

I am a statist but a fiscal conservative. I am libertarian when it comes to some social issues but conservative when it comes to others. I don't look at things really in terms of political stripe but in terms of what I feel would be best for society, and that puts me essentially in the position of being a moderate. That's fine, but, let's face it, moderates are not as easily able to rally the masses towards such mundane things as balancing the budget and funding science as ultraconservatives are able to rally the masses towards such important things as banning gay marriage and invading countries for reasons that only used to be reserved for playground bullies. Maybe the ultraconservatives and ultraliberals need not monopolize propaganda and maybe we moderates, who care more about getting important things done and done right, need to figure out how to use its power as well.

And, um, you don't have an option for "moderate." I guess that's because you've been indoctrinated to seek and identify only the extremes of political opinion. Perhaps that proves my point.

I must admit that I'm quite politically ignorant. What is it like here in Australia? Do we have these different 'wings'?

All countries have the wings from what I know, it is just that in some countries it is less pronounced. In Australia you have the Coalition, which is a group of 3 right wing parties which are the Liberal Party, the National Party, and the Country Liberal party, as well, you have the labor party which is the major center-left party, as well as the Green party and possibly the Democrats, which are now viewed on the left as the center has changed since 1980, they were originally somewhat centrist. So, australia has a left-wing and a right wing.

Anarchist, mostly because that means only chaos, which could go to nothing.

Think about it. That's where we come from, that's where we'll end up. What have we got to lose?

(Many apologies to Eric Idle for swiping and altering his song lyrics.)

I've tried to learn what these types of wings or whatever they are called are, but don't understand them. It matters little to me which one I am.

Generally, people on the left want a bigger state and people on the right want a smaller one. The terms 'far-left' and 'far-right' generally refer to extremists.
