Well it more or less means they're concerned, you'll cause harm to yourself or others....not sure how much more in depth to be, but yeah that is how it was explained to me when I was in counseling......they even made me sign some contract that I wouldn't try to attempt suicide again.

It means they're worried that you will harm yourself or you might harm someone, or that you have already done so. Not rocket science.

Can you give a little more background?

Well then they are probably more referring to the anger, how well do you control it? and are there any ways you've found to reduce it?

They're worried that that anger will explode into violence (or threat of).

Well I punch walls sometimes, its better then people.......though not so great on my hands, and I go outside because I don't want to put holes in the inside walls. But yeah my issues with that have more to do with having ptsd and some other issues, not sure if you have that issue. But yeah I sometimes worry about that as well so I kind of know what you mean. Other then that I try to avoid situations that set me off where possible.

But yeah I don't know a lot of effective ways for that....that I would recommend, I mean hitting walls obviously is not the best of suggestions, and not all situations can be avoided.

Anger is not a bad thing, but we need to deal with it in a way that does not hurt people or walls. I get angry I tend to smoke more (e-cigarettes). I talk more.... You will have to find what works for you. I used to like going to the gym and running on the treadmill. Totally exhaust myself.

well it might be partially the AS but up until I ended up with ptsd, I did not really have angry outbursts at all.....I would get upset and have what I guess people refer to as meltdowns but that was due to being overwhelmed, unable to manage it and usually more sad/anxious/paranoid feelings. But after that I sometimes get really angry if something sets me off but yeah already having issues with internalizing things only to get really upset over seemingly small things when things built up does not help matters.
