I have recently discovered that I am highly attracted to a woman that is worldly wise and independened. A woman I know from college has recently moved to New York, and she has been living in Japan and England before, and when I read her facebook page, I couldn't help but feel both jealous (I mean, I am 25 and still where I was 5 years ago) and highly attracted to her.

I have no idea, it just happens. It's much easier to list what I don't like.

In all seriousness, I find the following attractive (in rank order):

1. intelligence
2. humility
3. sense of humour
4. compassion

No taller than me.
Smart
Not a slut (ie dress with clothes, not a few stragically placed fabric patches)
Within about a year of my age.
Nice
Honest
Interested in me
Distinctive features bot nothing TOO bold
Likes animals
And Now the list is a good example of how I chose my current mate

i enjoy a woman with a kind face, someone that will put some effort and pride in her appearance. Good teeth and smile are nice, pleasant disposition and geeky. It doesn't matter what her body looks like if I can stare into her eyes for hours.

No idea at all. Just someone who I can talk to about anything and everything really...

I am not at all picky, but then again I do have my preferences but I don't look into the whole "What would I like?" scenario.

The biggest thing that attracts me to girls is how attracted they are TO me... most girls ignore me, and as such i don't feel much for them. If a girl (that i knew and trusted) came up to me, gave me a passionate kiss, and said "i don't want to ever let you go", my heart would be hers...

Long hair.
Short.
Not obese, not a pile of walking bones, but not obese.
Confidence, not arrogance, confidence.
Compassionate.
Intelligent.
An accent (what can I say, I'm a sucker for an accent).

Of course I could easily do without most of theses things, but if I came across a girl that had all of them, I highly doubt I would be able speak

In women:
- shorter girls (5'-5'4"ish)
- curvy, but not fat.
- dresses nice and not slu*ty
- not overly obsessed with stuff like designer clothes

In men:
- average height (5'7"-6'ish)
- skinny or with a few extra pounds but not fat or overly muscular.
- takes care of his appearance
- not overly obsessed with sports

In everyone:
- sense of humor
- dark hair and eyes
- tattoos and piercings
- geeky or subculture-y
- intelligent
- patient
- creative
- black-rimmed glasses
- adventurous
- light to medium skin (especially hate fake orange tans)

Long, soft hair.
Shares some of my interests.
Nice and soft for cuddling.
Fairly intelligent.
Patient.
Affectionate.

Personality and compatibility are the two hottest things for me. The world most attractive man would be ugly in my eyes if I couldn't imagine a meaningful relationship ensuing with him.
Take my house mate for example, he's quite good looking but I find him extremely hot because he's a great guy. The more I can imagine myself being with someone, the more attractive they are to me and vice versa.

It varies for me and I think I pick fairly intangible qualities. Definitely some one perky and who has experienced life. Someone with an air of coolness who seeks out for new and different experiences. Quirkiness is also good and that can give you many different types of personalities, just as long as they don't try to hide it then that's great.

For looks I find tall girls attractive and ones who wear little make up.

I have always been attracted to women who are earthy or alternative. Someone with soul, curiosity, intelligence and spontaneity, someone that enjoys staying active and appreciates nature and the simple things in life.
