I personally think this place is a mess and we have the worst politicians in the entire world, but I like living here when I'm not bothered by other people. People actually appreciate shyness over here for some reason despite not being shy themselves. It's surprising how many people here in Belgium actually loathe everything about their country.

I'm pretty grateful to live where I'm living. Sometimes I wish our government worked more like certain places in Europe... for example, Norway where their health care is pretty much all free and they get paid to go to college but Canada is still a very good place to live in my eyes.

I've lived in a few of countries but i like usa the best because of the space. Everywhere else i've lived was tiny - tiny houses side by side and tiny roads and tiny shops and everyone climbing on top of each other constantly. Felt like a rat in a cage in those places.

I'm angry at my country but I've realized that it's because I love and care about it! But I do like life in Minnesota in terms of states.

I love Canada, but there are a lot of problems with the province I live (Quebec). I hope I live to see the day when the institutionalized prejudice of this province is struck down

I was born and grew up in China, I'm a Canadian citizen, and I live in the US. Define "my country".

I enjoy living in America because of all the freedoms we have and the fact that our society encourages people to be individuals. In fact, that's probably what caused the creation of hipsters - people who try to be so individual that they wind up looking ridiculous.

Yeah, America has its share of problems, but no country is a utopia. Americans who hate their own country annoy me because they are taking everything that makes this country great for granted, in my opinion. Why do you think so many people from all around the world give up everything in order to immigrate here? Because this is the land of freedom and opportunities, that's why.
