Hey everyone,
A wonderful organization called Mobility International USA has trips abroad that they run. The application is due on Friday. It is a great program! Below is the information

When: June 24-July 5, 2012
Where: Madrid, Spain
Who: Young leaders with disabilities from New York City, ages 18 - 24, who are committed to cross-cultural understanding and increasing the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities in New York City and abroad.
Program Activities: MIUSA's 10-day program will include a combination of activities, such as:
Workshops and discussions with disability rights leaders and students focused on disability rights laws, education, employment, media and strategies for disability rights leadership.
Site visits to Disabled People’s Organizations, schools and universities, and community organizations, as well as historic sites and community events.
Spanish cultural enrichment activities.

thins looks intersting do yo have to be able to speak spanish though? and much do we have to pay for this trip

Sorry I never responded. I hope you still applied... To answer the questions, no spanish necessary. Payment is MAX $1400 or so for EVERYTHING (including airfare) and they have lots of scholarships and stuff available.
